By June 15, 2010, employers for both large and small businesses in Ontario must have completed a workplace assessment for violence, and implemented violence and harassment policies and other requirements under Bill 168. This Seminar provided business owners and human resources professionals with tools and knowledge they needed to draft and enforce the different policies that this new mandatory legislation requires.
Ron Minken and Sara Kauder provided:

- an analysis of the impact of Bill 168 on your workplace and the way in which you conduct business on a daily basis
