Kim’s diverse experience in law and business consistently shows through in her ability to analyze new situations and find practical approaches to each case. Her action-oriented work attitude and habit of looking at cases from all angles are essential parts of the firm’s team.
After graduating as a Law Clerk from Seneca College in 1996, Kim worked at a number of Toronto firms in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defence, and plaintiff personal injury. She has worked on trials at both the Provincial and Federal Court levels, and has gained invaluable experience in the management and production of documents and pleadings for large and complex litigation cases, discoveries and trials.
Kim is an associate member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and an active member on the Program Advisory Committee of Centennial College for the Legal Assistant Program.
