Louise Paterson, Client Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Although Louise’s responsibilities include various tasks from preparation of documents to accounting data entry, Louise’s true passion is working with people. She enjoys assisting all members of the firm as well as the firm’s clients in her day-to-day functions. A positive attitude, flexibility and a genuine interest in people are some of Louise’s outstanding qualities that are displayed daily in her role of Client Services Coordinator and appreciated by members of the firm and clients alike.

Since graduating with high Honours from a Legal Assistant program in 1988, Louise worked for several law firms and legal departments of corporations prior to joining Minken Employment Lawyers. During her 30-year career in the legal field, Louise has supported lawyers, executives, project managers and clients. Louise was recognized for her expertise in the implementation of a complex Contract Management System in her last position with a legal department of a large corporation, as well as given credit for her assistance with revisions to a legal publication early in her career.

Outside of her work, Louise loves to play darts, cook, read and spend time with her human and canine family at their cottage. She is also an active member of the Legion in support of Veterans.
