Stephanie Song, Employment Law Clerk


Stephanie’s choice of career in law stems from her desire to help people in need access the justice system with high quality representation and advocacy. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Xi’an International Studies University (formerly Xi’an Foreign Languages University) in 1997, specializing in International Business, with a minor in French. She is a co-author of Dictionary for College English Examinees—Band Four, World Books Publishing Company; and Model Tests of the College English Examination—Band Four, Shaan’xi Tourism Publishing House. As an accomplished writer, editor, translator and lecturer in more recent years, Stephanie’s great interest in law, particularly in the legal aspect of employment relationships, led her to pursue further education in Human Resources and Law by obtaining her Human Resources Management Certificate from Centennial College in 2010, followed by her Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College.

Stephanie’s diverse educational background and work experience have helped her to develop outstanding administrative, organizational and communication skills, an excellent work ethic and a strong knowledge of legal procedures, all essential to the role of a Law Clerk. Her personal and professional qualities make it a pleasure to work with Stephanie for colleagues and clients alike. She is a Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Stephanie is fluent in English and Mandarin. She enjoys yoga, music and spending time with her family.
