The Newmarket Chamber of Commerce was pleased to host this information session about the changes to the Employer Standards Act, 2000 (ESA) as part of the new Bill 148, Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act legislation. Bill 148 has substantially changed the landscape of employment and Labour Law in Ontario.
The event featured two speakers who addressed all questions related to the new rules around the Fair Workplaces Act.
