This seminar provided:

  1. an overview of the requirements introduced by Bill 168,
  2. an analysis of the impact of Bill 168 on your workplace and the way in which you conduct business on a daily basis
  3. what is required to conduct a workplace assessment of violence (4) critical elements you must include in your policies.

Hello, I was wrongfully dismissed suddenly and without warning yesterday , after being harrassed at work for the last 2 months from 2 co-workers.

The employer sent me home immediatey, and witholding my ROE and final 2 week pay (no severence) until he is couriering it to me May 17 which is next week.

I don’t have money to file a suit against this employer – do you know if anyone can help me pursue this case and pay later? If you, or know of another lawyer who can help me pursue this?

    thank you,
    Tony Triantafillou
